We have adapters at the reception that you can borrow. A deposit of CHF 10. 00 will be charged to your room bill and will of course be credited back to you when you return the adapter(s).

Arrival and Departure

Your room will be available from 16:00 hrs on the day of your arrival. Would you please vacate your room and check out by 11:00 hrs, so that it can be prepared in time for any new arrivals. Should you wish to arrive or depart at a different time, we should be grateful if you could arrange this with our receptionist.

Baby products

A variety of baby products are available for your use throughout your stay, such as baby monitors, bibs, prams, buggies and child carriers..

Banks

There is cash machine (ATM) at Schluchertreff, just as you enter Malbun, provided by the LGT Bank.

Bathrobes, slippers and swim bags

You are welcome to borrow these items for free throughout your stay.
If you like a bathrobe, you are welcome to purchase it at reception. Slippers are also provided free of charge, and you are welcome to keep them after use.

Beauty salons

Our receptionist will be pleased to provide you with the addresses of local beauty salons and to arrange appointments for you.

Bedding

Your bedding will be changed on your wish.

Billing

You are welcome to settle your hotel invoice on the night before your departure to avoid delays on the following day.

Breakfast

A wonderfully fresh selection of breakfast options is served in our dining room between 07:15 and 10:15.

Cable cars

The cable car service operates from 08:00 to 17:00 hrs in the summer, and from 09:00 to 16:00 hrs in the winter.

Card payments

We accept the following payment cards: MasterCard, Visa Card, Postcard, EC and Giro Card.

Cash and jewellery

You are welcome to deposit cash, jewellery and other valuables in our hotel safe. Just hand them in at the reception.

Casino

Liechtenstein has five different casinos, all of a very high standard.

Check-out

Check-out is at 11:00 hrs. However, you are welcome to request a late check-out option for a fee. Just ask at reception.

Childcare

Children aged 3+:
Our trained childminder will be pleased to assist from Tuesdays to Saturdays

Churches and church services

A church service is held at the Chapel in Malbun on Saturdays at 17:30 hrs.
The church in Triesenberg has services on Sundays at 09:30 hrs.

Cigarette machine

A cigarette machine can be found on the ground floor. Tokens can be purchased in the restaurant. Please remember, however, that we operate a non-smoking policy within the building.

Currencs exchange

The reception will be pleased to exchange foreign currencies for you at the relevant daily rate.

Deckchairs

You’re welcome to relax on our outdoor deck chairs on the first floor and in the relaxation room by the indoor swimming pool.

Doctor

You can reach the medical emergency service at Liechtensteinisches Landesspital Vaduz, phone: 00423 235 44 11, about 20 minutes by car.

Dogs

You are welcome to bring your dog with you to the hotel. However, you are requested to pay a surcharge of CHF 15.00 per night, excl. food.

Fire

See the fire and emergency plan on the inside of your wardrobe. Ring 118 for the local fire service. In case of a fire please contact the reception immediately.

The medical emergency number is 144.

Hot food is served between 11:00 and 21:00 hrs.

Heating

can be adjusted in your room at any time of the day and in any season.

Housekeeping manager

Our housekeeping manager can help if you need clothes hangers, additional pillows, etc. Just let us know.

House key

Please make sure you return your house key to reception when you check out.

Insurance

We would recommend taking out a travel/hotel cancellation insurance.

Internet

Our receptionist will give you the password. Internet access is free throughout the hotel.

Ironing service

Just contact our housekeeping manager, phone number 51. Any items you hand in before 14:00 hrs will be returned to you within four hours. This service is subject to a charge.

Late access

Should you wish to return to the hotel after 22:00 hours, please make sure you take your room key with you.

Laundry service

Please dial 60 for our laundry service.
Each washing machine load is CHF 35.00.

Lost property

We keep lost property items for six months.

Magazines

A range of magazines can be found in the restaurant.

Mini-Shop

If you forgot something, just talk to our staff. We can provide you with toothbrushes, shoe cleaning sponges, handkerchiefs, etc.

Multi-storey car park

There is a public, fee-paying multi-storey car park as you enter Malbun.

Newspaper

A range of daily papers are available each day.

Parking

Free parking spaces are available outside our hotel and in public car parks as you enter Malbun.

Petrol station

The nearest petrol station is in Vaduz, next to the Toyota garage. You can pay in Euros, Swiss francs or by card.

Photocopies

A receptionist will be pleased to make photocopies for you.
CHF 0.30 per copy.

Postal service

If you wish to post mail, you are welcome to hand it in at reception. Post is collected daily, at 08:00 hrs, except on Sundays and public holidays.

Postcards

We have postcards of our hotel.
Postcards of Liechtenstein can be purchased at the Malbun sports shop.

We source our products in and around Liechtenstein.

Restaurant

Our restaurant is open daily from 07:00 to 22:00 hrs.

Roof terrace

You will find our outdoor whirlpool on the roof terrace on the first floor. It is open from 11:00 to 21:00 hrs.

Safe

The hotel has a safe where you are welcome to store valuables.

Sauna

The sauna is open daily, from 15:00 to 20:00 hrs.

Sewing kit

Just ask a receptionist, who will be pleased to help.

Sightseeing trips

Information material, maps and tips are available both from reception and at the tourist information office, Tourismusbüro Malbun.

Ski rental

You can rent your winter sports equipment from Malbun Sport, only a minute’s walk from the hotel.

Sking lessons

Skiing lessons are provided by the Malbun Snow Sports School, only a minute’s walk from the hotel.

Smoking

Smoking is banned inside our hotel. However, you are welcome to smoke on the balcony and the hotel terrace.
